Örebro’s events calendar is packed all year with concerts featuring both well-known and less well-known artistes, theatre performances, Swedish Premier Football League matches featuring both men’s and women’s teams, Swedish Premier Hockey League matches, basket and volleyball matches between elite teams and numerous exhibitions. Peter Flack, one of Sweden’s leading review writers and comedians, and his Hjalmar Review perform to hundreds of thousands of visitors every year. Örebro is also the home of the Swedish Chamber Orchestra, one of the leading chamber orchestras in the world.

Well, of course I have, but I always feel happy when I come back to Örebro. It is like coming home to someone who welcomes you with open arms, a sympathetic and warm person who laughs easily but also has satisfying depths. Someone who makes me feel welcome and happy.
